Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物硼酸铷镁非线性光学晶体及其制备方法和用途,该晶体的化学式为RbMgBO3,分子量为168.59,属于立方晶系,空间群为P213,晶胞参数为a=6.942(3)?,Z=4。采用助熔剂法生长晶体,所获的晶体具有硬度大,不易碎裂,机械性能好,易于加工和保存的优点。采用本发明所述方法获得的非线性光学晶体制成的非线性光学器件,在室温下,用调QNd : YAG激光器作光源,入射波长为1064nm的红外光,输出波长为532nm的绿色激光,激光强度相当于KDP(KH2PO4)的1倍。
