Abstract本发明涉及一种氟硼酸钡钠双折射晶体及其制备方法和应用,该晶体化学式为Na3Ba2(B3O6)2F,分子量459.37,属于六方晶系,空间群为P6(3)/m,晶胞参数为a=7.3490(6)?,c=12.6340(2)?,V=590.93(12)?3,Z=2;该晶体用于红外-深紫外波段,为负单轴晶体,ne< no,透过范围为180-3300nm;双折射在0.090(3300nm)-0.240(180nm)之间,采用高温熔体法(自熔体自发结晶法、熔体提拉法、熔体顶部籽晶法)或助熔剂法生长晶体;通过本发明所述方法获得的晶体易于生长、易于切割、易于研磨、易于抛光和易于保存,在空气中稳定,不易潮解,不溶于水;可用于制作格兰型棱镜、渥拉斯顿棱镜、洛匈棱镜或光束分离偏振器等偏振分束棱镜,在光学和通讯领域有重要应用。
