Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物一水一硼酸二羟基十硼酸锶非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,化合物一水一硼酸二羟基十硼酸锶非线性光学晶体的化学式均为Sr2(B5O8(OH))2B(OH)3·H2O,分子量为653.21,属于单斜晶系,空间群P21,晶胞参数为a=6.7003(2)?,b=20.7996(3)?,c=6.6013(3)?,β=119.2503(3)°,V=802.53(3)?3。采用水热法,通过程序降温或自然降温的方法得到该化合物非线性光学晶体。该晶体粉末倍频效应约为KDP(KH2PO4)的2倍,其紫外截止边在190nm以下,可作为深紫外非线性光学晶体。该晶体的生长过程具有操作简单,成本低,原料毒性低,生长周期短,物化性质稳定等优点,在制备倍频发生器、上频率转换器、下频率转换器或光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中得到广泛应用。
