Abstract本发明涉及一种高温厚膜热敏电阻的制备方法,该方法是将硝酸镧、乙酸锰和硝酸铝分别溶解在冰醋酸中,得到纯清溶液,将溶液蒸发得到凝胶,再将凝胶加热、高温晶化,得到热敏粉体,再将热敏粉体和乙基纤维素按照一定的质量比混合、研磨,再将研磨好的粉体和松油醇混合、搅拌得到均匀的厚膜浆料,最后将浆料印刷在Al2O3衬底上、热处理,得到厚膜热敏电阻。制得热敏电阻样品膜厚为25μm,满足电子设备结构的微型化要求,而在800℃下保持良好的NTC特性,满足高温热敏电阻的使用要求。
