Abstract本发明涉及一种无铅高温水泥基压电复合材料及其合成方法,该复合材料是由水泥,钛酸钡-铁酸铋固溶体陶瓷颗粒制成,采用将水泥与钛酸钡-铁酸铋固溶体陶瓷颗粒以无水乙醇为介质,球磨混合均匀后,加入水,充分搅拌后,压制成型,养护,极化而得,静置24h小时后,测得其压电响应温度能够达到130℃,压电系数能够达到120pC/N。该复合材料为0-3型结构,对于环境友好,具有良好的压电响应性能,能够在较高的温度下保持良好的压电性能,并且具有制备工艺简单,与混凝土具有良好的相容性,成本低廉,便于推广的优点。
