Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物氯硼酸钡和氯硼酸钡非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该化合物化学式为Ba7B3O11Cl,分子量1205.26,采用固相反应法合成化合物;所述一种氯硼酸钡非线性光学晶体,该晶体的化学式为Ba7B3O11Cl,分子量1205.26,不具有对称中心,属六方晶系,空间群P63mc,晶胞参数为a=11.2266(17)?,c=7.214(2)?.?Z=2,V=787.4(3)?3。其晶体的粉末倍频效应达到KDP(KH2PO4)的0.5倍,该晶体机械硬度大,易于切割、抛光加工和保存,在制备倍频发生器、上频率转换器、下频率转换器或光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中得到广泛应用。
