Abstract

本发明涉及一种三元硅氧烷海绵的制备方法及用途,属于环境功能材料制备与应用技术领域。本发明所述方法是由烷氧基硅烷水解、凝胶化、产品洗涤及干燥步骤完成,与传统二元硅氧烷海绵相比,本发明所得三元硅氧烷海绵表面含有大量非极性基团和较高的粗糙度,赋予材料超疏水、超亲油的效果,与水的接触角超过160°,且材料具有优异的力学性能。本发明提供的三元硅氧烷海绵制备方法具有操作简单、原料廉价、易于规模化制备等优点;依本发明制备的三元硅氧烷海绵具有密度低,耐压缩性能优异,吸油速度快,吸油倍率高等优点,在有机化学溶剂处理、含油废水处理、原油泄漏处理等领域具有广泛的应用前景,是一种新型高效的油‑水分离材料。
