Abstract

本发明涉及一种制备高荧光效率谷胱甘肽封装铁基异质结的方法。该方法分两步进行,第一步:采用腐败希瓦氏菌MR‑1还原针铁矿得到纳米级铁素体,并引入七种二价过渡金属离子(镁、锰、钴、镍、锌镁、锌锰和锌镍)取代二价铁,得到赤铁矿‑铁素体的核‑壳型铁基异质结;第二步:将异质结溶入谷胱甘肽和氯化钙混合溶液中,避光静置后冷冻干燥,得到谷胱甘肽封装铁基异质结。该方法获得了多种具有赤铁矿(内核)‑过渡金属修饰铁素体‑谷胱甘肽(双壳层)的异质结结构,可应用于磁共振成像、靶向给药和磁热疗等领域。
