Abstract本发明涉及一种硫锡锌钠和硫锡锌钠中远红外非线性光学晶体及制备方法和应用,该化合物的化学式为Na2ZnSn2S6,分子量541.09,为晶体颗粒。该晶体的化学式为Na2ZnSn2S6,分子量541.09,为非中心对称结构,为正交晶系,空间群为Fdd2,晶胞参数为a=12.945(3)Å,b=23.556(5)Å,c=7.2774(15)Å,α=β=γ=90°、Z=8,单胞体积V=2219.1(8)Å3;采用将单质钠、单质锌、单质锡和单质硫在真空条件下的固相反应;本发明硫锡锌钠和硫锡锌钠中远红外非线性光学晶体的粉末XRD图与理论值吻合;在2090nm的激光照射下,颗粒度为0.105‑0.15μm的Na2ZnSn2S6倍频效应是商业化的硫镓银(AgGaS2)的4倍。
