Abstract

本发明涉及一种硫锗镉钠和硫锗镉钠红外非线性光学晶体及制备方法和应用。该化合物的化学式为Na2CdGe2S6,分子量为459.92,为硫锗镉钠单晶颗粒,该晶体的化学式为Na2CdGe2S6,分子量为459.92,非中心对称结构,为单斜晶系,空间群为Cc,晶胞参数a=7.312(3)Å,b=12.672(5)Å,c=11.528(4)Å,β=98.869(5)°,Z=4,单胞体积V=1055.4(7)Å3。采用将单质钠、硫化镉、单质锗和单质硫在真空条件下进行固相反应;本发明中所述的硫锗镉钠红外非线性光学晶体的纯样XRD图与理论值吻合;在2090nm的激光下,倍频效应是AgGaS2的0.8倍。
