Abstract本发明涉及一种高密度聚乙烯/层状硅酸盐复合材料的制备方法,该方法由实验室合成类蛭石纳米层状硅酸盐、硅烷偶联剂和高密度聚乙烯为原材料,使用双螺杆挤出机,运用熔融共混的方法制备得到。本发明所述高密度聚乙烯/层状硅酸盐复合材料制备方法简单易操作,显著提高了高密度聚乙烯材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和热力学性能。该方法简单易操作,具有层状结构明显,粒径均匀,杂质可控等优点。
