Abstract

本发明提供一种化合物氟硼酸钙和氟硼酸钙非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,所述化合物的化学式为CaB5O7F3,分子量为263.13,采用固相合成法或真空封装法制成;该晶体的化学式为CaB5O7F3,分子量为263.13,属于正交晶系,空间群为Cmc21,晶胞参数为a=9.926(10)Å,b=8.400(8) Å,c=7.966(8) Å,α=β=γ=90°,单胞体积为664.2(11) Å3,晶体的倍频效应约为KH2PO4 (KDP) 的2倍,紫外吸收边短于190nm,采用熔体法,高温熔液法,真空封装法,水热法或室温溶液法生长晶体,该晶体的化学稳定性好,可作为紫外、深紫外非线性光学晶体在全固态激光器中获得应用。
