Abstract

通过悬浮溶胀接枝共聚法制备了含有苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物接枝氯乙烯共聚物(SMA-g-VC)的聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱图证实SMA-g-VC共聚物的存在,测定了共聚产物中SMA的接枝率,并研究了共聚产物的微观形貌、热性能、力学性能和耐热性。结果表明,随着SMA投料比增加,SMA接枝率增加幅度变缓,树脂颗粒也逐渐增大且表面附生较多的小颗粒。含有SMA-g-VC共聚物的PVC树脂出现3个玻璃化转变温度,且随着SMA投料比增加,SMA-g-VC组分的玻璃化转变温度升高。拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都随着SMA投料比增加出现先增加后降低的变化趋势,冲击强度随着SMA投料比的增加而降低,而维卡耐热温度随着SMA投料比增加而大幅度升高。
