深紫外非线性光学晶体材料的结构设计和制备

Abstract深紫外(λ<200 nm)全固态激光器在激光技术方面具有重要的应用,其发展受到非线性光学晶体的限制。目前,只有KBe2BO3F2能够用于深紫外直接倍频,但由于晶体生长困难无法满足应用需求。因此,发展同时具有短紫外吸收边,较大倍频系数和适中双折射率的深紫外非线性光学晶体材料至关重要。
