Abstract本论文主要以化学结构丰富的无机磷酸盐、硼酸盐为基础,在其中引入能发生畸变的MOn多面体(M为易发生二阶Jahn-Teller畸变的d0过渡金属离子,能产生极性位移的d10金属离子,含孤对电子的金属离子),形成非中心对称单元,合成新的化合物。采用高温固相溶液法合成了新化合物,用X射线单晶衍射解析结构,并进行了红外光谱和紫外-可见-近红外漫反射光谱研究。完成的主要工作如下: 1. Li2Cu5(PO4)4 采用高温固相法,合成了Li2Cu5(PO4)4纯相,并采用高温溶液法自发结晶的方式,得到了Li2Cu5(PO4)4晶体。Li2Cu5(PO4)4属于三斜晶系,P-1空间群。它的结构中有Cu/Li无序的晶体学位置,整个结构由M-O三维结构和PO4四面体基团构成,且红外光谱表明PO4基团为孤立的基团,无P-O-P的阴离子基团。 2. Ba2Cd(B3O6)2 采用泡生法生长出了Ba2Cd(B3O6)2晶体。Ba2Cd(B3O6)2属于三方晶系,R-3空间群。它的结构中含有平行排列的B3O6基团,且平行的B3O6基团之间通过M2+联接,按照B3O6-Cd2+-B3O6-Ba2+- B3O6的顺序一层一层沿垂直c轴方向叠加。 3. BaBi4Ti4O15 采用高温固相法合成了BaBi4Ti4O15纯相,热重-差热分析表明该化合物为非同成分熔融化合物。采用Kurtz-Perry法测试了它的倍频效应,并进行了适合生长BaBi4Ti4O15的助熔剂研究。 关键词:磷酸盐,硼酸盐,Li2Cu5(PO4)4,Ba2Cd(B3O6)2,BaBi4Ti4O15
Other AbstractAbstract In this paper, we mainly researched the phosphates and borates with introducing the distorted MOn polyhedra with a d0 cation center resulting from a second-order Jahn-Teller effect, polar displacement of a d10 cation center, or distortion from stereochemically active lone pair effect of cation. Some compounds are synthesized by traditional flux-growth method. The crystal structures are characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The IR spectra and UV-Vis-NIR diffuse reflectance spectra have been studied. The details are as follows: 1. Li2Cu5(PO4)4 The pure phase of Li2Cu5(PO4)4 is synthesized by standard solid-state reaction, and the crystal is obtained by spontaneous crystallization method. Li2Cu5(PO4)4 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric triclinic space group P-1. The structural disorder of Cu/Li is observed and the overall structure is built of metal-oxygen three dimensional framework and isolated phosphate tetrahedral, and the IR spectrum further supports the presence of only isolated phosphate tetrahedra. 2. Ba2Cd(B3O6)2 The crystals of Ba2Cd(B3O6)2 are grown by the Kyropoulos method. Ba2Cd(B3O6)2 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric trigonal space group R-3. The B3O6 group are observed in the structure and the B3O6 groups stack along the c-axis, the layers are connected by M2+(M=Ba, Cd) alternatively to form the overall structure B3O6-Cd2+- B3O6-Ba2+- B3O6∙∙∙. 3. BaBi4Ti4O15 The pure phase of BaBi4Ti4O15 is synthesized by standard solid-state reaction, and the thermal properties are analysed by DSC-TG. The compound melts incongruently according to the DSC-TG curve. Extensive efforts are made to search for the proper flux for the crystal growth.
