耐水性蛭石防火绝热制品的研制开发

Abstract膨胀蛭石制成的绝热制品存在吸水率大的问题,严重影响其推广和使用。本文旨在以膨胀蛭石为骨料,水玻璃为胶黏剂,K2SiF6为固化促进剂,通过掺入硅丙树脂或高岭土,制备出耐水性的膨胀蛭石防火绝热板材。 本文分别研究了硅丙树脂和高岭土对制品吸水率、抗压强度、导热系数等性能的影响,并初步探讨了高岭土的防水增强机理。通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了两种不同制品的最佳成分组合和热压工艺参数: (1) 膨胀蛭石-水玻璃-硅丙树脂防火绝热制品 当K2SiF6/水玻璃=0.022,水玻璃/膨胀蛭石=1.3,压缩率为74%,热压条件为150℃、0.2MPa时热压3小时,硅丙树脂掺量为14%时,可制备出具有密度为670kg/m3,抗压强度为4.58MPa,导热系数为0.084w/(m·K),吸水率(2小时)为5.2%等性能的膨胀蛭石板材。 (2) 膨胀蛭石-水玻璃-高岭土防火绝热制品 当K2SiF6/水玻璃=0.022,水玻璃/膨胀蛭石=1.3,压缩率为73%,热压条件为150℃、0.2MPa时热压3小时,高岭土掺量为12.2%时,可制备出具有密度为674kg/m3,抗压强度为7.69MPa,导热系数为0.164w/(m·K),吸水率(2小时)为4.6%等性能的膨胀蛭石板材。 本文还利用膨胀蛭石板的防火性和XPS板的优异的绝热性能,使用耐高温胶将膨胀蛭石板与XPS板胶结为一体,制备出复合型节能装饰板,有效增强了XPS板使用过程中的防火性能。
Other AbstractExpanded vermiculite products have high water absorption, which largely block its application and spread. In this paper, two kinds of fire-resistant and thermal-insulation vermiculite board were prepared with expanded vermiculite as aggregate, water glass as binding agent, K2SiF6 as hardening agent and silicone-acrylic resin or kaolin as modifier. In this paper, the influence of silicone-acrylic resin or kaolin on water absorption, compressive strength, and thermal conductivity of the products were studied, and the mechanism of waterproof and reinforcement of kaolin is preliminarily explored. The optimal formula and process conditions were determined by orthogonal method and single-factor method, the results are as follows: (1) Expanded vermiculite/water glass/silicone-acrylic resin product Under the optimum conditions: m(K2SiF6): m(water glass)=0.022, m(water glass):m(expanded vermiculite)=1.3, compression ratio 74%, 14% silicone-acrylic resin, the fire-resistant and thermally insulating board with bulk density of 670kg/m3, compressive strength of 4.58MPa, thermal conductivity of 0.084w/(m·K), water absorption(2h) of 5.19% can be produced by hot pressing method at 150℃ for 3 hour under the pressure of 0.2MPa. (2) Expanded vermiculite/water glass/kaolin product Under the optimum conditions: m(K2SiF6): m(water glass)=0.022, m(water glass):m(expanded vermiculite)=1.3, compression ratio 73%, 12.2% kaolin, the fire-resistant and thermally insulating board with bulk density of 674kg/m3, compressive strength of 7.69MPa, thermal conductivity of 0.164w/(m·K), water absorption(2h) of 4.35% can be produced by hot pressing method at 150℃ for 3 hour under the pressure of 0.2MPa. In this paper, expanded vermiculite board/XPS complex decorating plate is made of XPS board having good thermal insulation and expanded vermiculite board with excellent fire-resistance by cementation, which can strengthen performance-based fire protection in the process of XPS application.
