随着时代的发展,信息技术已经深入到社会生活的各个领域,软件开发也从最初的小规模作坊模式演变为今天的大规模系统化工程。质量控制、成本管理已不仅仅是软件开发需要考虑的唯一问题,可用性正成为衡量软件质量优劣的重要标准。可用性(Usability)概念提出于20世纪70年代末,主要用于解决用户与设备、软件、工具等人工开发系统之间的关系。可用性评估则是系统化的数据搜集过程,它的目标是在了解用户在规定的使用环境下,使用系统来完成指定任务的情况。 经过几十年的发展,研究者提出了很多具有应用价值的可用性评估方法,但现有方法存在着不完善、评估耗费大、评估不准确的缺点。且没有一种可用性评估方法可以适用于所有软件。双语教学软件是一个计算机辅助教育系统,由中科院新疆理化所和中科院声学所联合开发,主要解决双语教学师资匮乏的问题。 本研究在结合双语教学软件自有特点的基础上,提出了一种融合型可用性评估框架,为不同层次的评估设计不同的指标体系,通过采用先调研后设计再融合的方法使得评估技术较好地适应双语平台评估的具体要求。评估包括调研、调研分析、评估设计与实施、结果分析四个阶段。调研阶段采用问卷和访谈相结合的方式来充分获取用户反馈信息,并结合数据自身特点提出了一种多角色的数据挖掘算法对数据进行分析。在评估实施环节根据双语教学软件的特点设计了一种覆盖底层与高层评估信息的基于交互角色的评估方法。分析完评估结果后,对双语教育平台进行了再开发,并对二次开发的版本和初版软件进行了认同度对比。结果表明,评估方法大大提升了双语教学软件的可用性。

Other Abstract

With the development of economy, information technology is needed in almost all areas of social life. Software development has changed from the initial small-scale workshop to today’s large-scale systematic engineering. Quality control, cost management is not the only thing for developers to consider, usability is becoming an important criterion to measure software quality. Usability theory was proposed in the late 1970’s, which is mainly used to address the relationship between the user and the equipment, software, tools and other artificial development system. Usability evaluation is a systematic data collection process, the goal of which is to use the system to complete a specified task under specified environment. After decades of development, researchers have proposed a lot of usability evaluation methods, but those methods have shortcomings such as imperfect results, consuming too much, and inaccurate assessment. For now, there is no evaluation methods which are suitable for all software evaluation tasks. Bilingual education software is a computer-aided education system, which is developed by XTIPC CAS and IACAS and focused to solve the problem of lacking of bilingual teachers. In our research, a fusion usability evaluation framework is proposed based on the characteristics of the bilingual education software; different indicators have been designed for different levels of assessment tasks. By using the method of investigation, designing and integration, evaluation techniques can be better adapted to the specific requirements of the assessment of bilingual education platform. The framework includes four phases: investigation, data analyzing, evaluation designing and implementation. During investigation phase, we use both questionnaires and interviews to obtain users’ feedback, by combining the characteristics of data, a multi-role data mining algorithm is proposed. During evaluation, an interactive role-based evaluation method is designed based on the characteristics of the software. After analyzing the results of the evaluation, the bilingual education software is improved, and recognition comparison between version 2.0 and the original one was carried out, the results show that the evaluation methods greatly enhanced the usability of bilingual education software.
