A 2-phenoxychromone from Artemisia rupestris

A 2-phenoxychromone, 6-demethoxy-4'-O-methylcapillarism, was isolated from Artemisia rupestris L. The structure of this compound was established by analysis of the spectroscopic data. A single-crystal diffraction analysis was performed in order to confirm the proposed structure.
