Abstract以吡啶和丁烷-1,4-磺酸内酯为原料,制备了4种Brphinsted酸性功能离子液体,并用于抗氧剂330:1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-三(3 ,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)苯的催化合成。系统考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂重复使用对收率的影响。结果表明,在0℃,以CH_2C l_2为辅助溶剂,n([N-C_4H_8SO_3HPyridine]~+(HSO_4~-)∶n(1,3,5-三甲基苯)∶n(3,5-二叔丁基-4 -羟基苄甲醚)=1∶3∶10,反应3 h,收率可达89.6%。
Other AbstractFour kinds of Brphinsted acidic functional ionic liquids were prepared from pyridine and butane-1,4-sultone.These ionic liquids were employed to catalyze an electrophilic substitution reaction to synthesize 1,3,5-trimethyl-2,4,6-tris(3,5-di-tertbutyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)benzene antioxidant 330.The optimal reaction conditions are:n([N-C_4H_8SO_3HPyridine]~﹢HSO_4~-)∶n(1,3,5-trimethylbenzene)∶n(3,5- di-tertbutyl-4-hydroxybenzyl methyl ether)=1∶3∶10,CH_2Cl_2 as co-solvent,reaction temperature 0 ℃ and reaction time 3 h.The yield is 89.6%.
