电解液对棉秆基活性炭超级电容器性能的影响

Abstract以棉秆基活性炭为超级电容器电极材料,1 mol/L的Et4NBF4/AN和1 mol/LLiPF6/(EC+DMC+DEC)为电解液,组装成模拟纽扣式超级电容器,采用恒流充放电、循环伏安、交流阻抗对其电化学性能进行测试,研究不同电解液对棉秆基活性炭电极电容器性能的影响.结果表明,棉秆基活性炭电极材料在Et4 NBF4/AN有机电解液中电化学性能优于其在LiPF6/(EC+DMC+DEC)电解液中,在2 A/g的电流密度下,放电比容量高达98 F/g,循环1000次后,容量没衰减.
