Abstract以丙烯酸异辛酯和1-辛烯为原料,通过自由基聚合的方法制备了聚合物.考察了引发剂及其用量、反应温度、反应时间、反应物摩尔比等聚合条件对产物收率及其性能的影响.结果表明:引发剂过氧化二叔丁基质量分数大于3%,温度高于110℃时,1-辛烯能较好地参与共聚反应,反应在12 h基本完成.其最佳反应条件是反应温度130℃,引发剂用量6%.利用凝胶渗透色谱测定了产物的相对分子质量,产物重均相对分子质量为7 800~61 100,相对分子质量分布约2.3,产物的黏度指数为200~380.
Other AbstractThe polymer was prepared by radical polymerization with iso-octyl acrylate and 1-octene as raw materials. Effects of initiators and its dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and the mole ratio of raw materials on the yield and performance of the product were investigated. The results showed that 1-octene can participate well in copolymerization reaction when dosage of di-t-butyl peroxide (DTBP) was more than 3% and the temperature was higher than 110 ℃. The reaction could be completed in 12 h. A better result could be obtained when the reaction temperature was 130 ℃ and dosage of initiator (DTBP) was 6%. The average molecular weight was from 7800 to 61 100 and molecular weight distribution was about 2.3 using gel permeation chromatography for determination. The product can be used as viscosity index improver since its viscosity index range is from 200 to 380. Meanwhile, the flash point and pour point of the copolymers suggest that it can be used as good lubricant base oil.
