苯乙烯制备1-苯基-1,2-乙二醇和环氧苯乙烷的研究

摘要

苯乙烯的氧化产物的应用相当广泛,是重要的有机合成中间体,但其传统合成方法步骤多,原料利用率低,副产物多,设备腐蚀严重,不符合绿色化学和原子经济反应的要求。随着酶提取、分离、纯化、固载技术的提高,酶可以很好的应用于化学工业。酶催化具有高效,高选择性,条件温和,环境友好等优点,我们采用直接氧化法,以苯乙烯(styrene)和过氧化氢(H2O2)为原料,加入少量的甲酸作助剂。用脂肪酶Novozym435催化合成1-苯基-1,2-乙二醇。结果表明:以20%的H2O2为氧化剂,n(styrene))/n(H2O2)=0.9,酶的添加量为体系总质量的0.5%,50℃反应24h后,苯乙烯的转化率为93.7%,生成1-苯基-1,2-乙二醇的选择性为87.76%。经过纯化、重结晶得白色针状晶体,熔点:65-67℃。本论文中合成了一系列过氧磷钨杂多酸季铵盐催化剂:Q+3{PO4[W(O)O4]3[W(O)O4]}3-(Q+:Bu4N+、(C8H17)3CH3N+、π-C5H5N+C16H33),以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂, H2O2为氧化剂对苯乙烯的氧化进行研究。结果表明:[(C8H17)3CH3N+]3{PO4[W(O)O4]3[W(O)O4]}3-有很好的催化活性,在反应温度55℃,pH=3.0,n(催化剂)/n(苯乙烯)/n(H2O2)=1/100/120时,苯乙烯的转化率40.2%,环氧苯乙烷选择性为29.2%。

The oxidations products of styrene have a wild range of application, which are important synthesis intermediate. However, their traditional preparation have multi-step reactions, low utilization of raw material, various by-products and serious corrosion to equipment , which are contrary to green chemistry and atom economical reaction. Meanwhile with the development of extraction 、separation 、purification and immobilization , enzyme can be large-scale used in chemical industry. Enzyme catalysis have some virtues such as high efficiency in catalytic reaction, high selectivity, mild reaction conditions and friendly to environment .We synthesize 1-Phenyl-1,2-ethanediol by direct oxidation process with styrene and H2O2 as raw material, Novozym435 as catalyst in solvent-free system. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: the concentration of H2O2 is 20%, the molar ratio of styrene/H2O2 is 0.9,the reaction temperature is 50 ℃and reaction time is 24 h, the mass ratio of Novozym435 is 0.5%.The result shows that the maximum conversion of styrene could reach 93.7%,the selectivity of 1-Phenyl-1,2-ethanediol could reach 87.76%.After purification and recrystallization , we got white needle crystal whose melting point is 65-67 ℃. This paper use different quaternary ammonium peroxotungsto phosphate salt as catalyst which are Q+3{PO4[W(O)O4]3[W(O)O4]}3-(Q+:Bu4N+、(C8H17)3CH3N+ and π-C5H5N+C16H33).Meanwhile, we investigate the oxidation of styrene with 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent , H2O2 as oxidation. The result shows that [(C8H17)3CH3N+]3{PO4[W(O)O4]3[W(O)O4]}3- has proper catalytic effect. The conversion of styrene could reach 40.2% , meantime, the selectivity of styrene oxidation arrive at 29.2% in the case that medium pH is 3.0, the molar ratio of catalyst, styrene and H2O2 is 1:100:120 in 55 ℃.
