Abstract本发明涉及一种石墨烯-TiO2(B)纳米管复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料产物结构均为TiO2(B)(PDF 74-1940)结构,形貌为石墨烯层上负载的TiO2纳米管,其中管径约为5~10nm,管长约为0.5-2μm,是将钛盐加入到氧化石墨烯乙醇分散液中,采用溶胶—凝胶法合成氧化石墨烯-TiO2复合凝胶,以NaOH作为溶剂,利用石墨烯和TiO2(B)较好的电化学性能,将二者复合,提高Li+嵌/脱比容量性能和循环性能。本发明涉及的纳米材料制备方法具有成本低廉、环境友好、重复性好等优点。通过该方法获得的复合材料应用于制备锂离子电池的负极材料。
