Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物钒硼酸钾锶和钒硼酸钾锶非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该化合物钒硼酸钾锶的化学式为K2SrVB5O12,分子量为462.81,该化合物属于非同成分熔融化合物;钒硼酸钾锶非线性光学晶体的化学式为K2SrVB5O12,分子量为462.81,空间群为P21,晶胞参数为a=6.618(3)?,b=8.378(4)?,c=9.974(5)?,Z=2,V= 545.0(5) ?3,该化合物的粉末倍频效应与KDP(KH2PO4)相当,透光波段300nm至2600nm,采用固相反应法合成化合物及助熔剂法生长晶体。本发明所述的方法操作简单,成本低;所制备的晶体在空气中不潮解,机械性能好,不易碎裂,物化性质稳定,易加工,适合于制作非线性光学器件。
