Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物四羟基硼酸钡和四羟基硼酸钡非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该化合物的分子式为:Ba2[B6O9(OH)4],分子量为551.57;该晶体分子式为:Ba2[B6O9(OH)4],属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21,分子量为551.57,采用水热法,通过程序降温或自然降温的方法即可得到四羟基硼酸钡非线性光学晶体。该晶体非线性光学效应为KDP晶体的3倍,透光波段190nm至2500nm。该晶体生长过程具有操作简单,成本低,所用的试剂为无机原料,毒性低,生长周期短,物化性质稳定等优点。本发明的四羟基硼酸钡非线性光学晶体在倍频转换、光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中得到广泛应用。
