Abstract本发明涉及一种1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)苯的制备方法,该方法利用胺基有机磺酸内鎓盐与硫酸配制的催化剂,在卤代烃溶液中催化均三甲苯与2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲氧甲基苯酚反应,通过共沸蒸发技术蒸出反应物甲醇,促进1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)苯(抗氧剂330)高产率的合成,合成完毕后加入石油醚,通过相分离回收催化剂并能直接用于下一次反应。本发明不仅实现了离子液体催化剂的回收,减少了成本,而且产率与目前工业应用的低温硫酸催化法相近。
