Abstract本发明涉及一种复合相负温度系数热敏陶瓷材料的制备方法,该方法以La2O3、CaO、 MnO2、Ni2O3为原料,采用氧化物固相法制备钙钛矿相LaCaMnO与尖晶石相NiMnO粉体,粉体经干燥、煅烧、双相混合研磨、压制成型、烧结后制成。通过该方法获得的复合相负温度系数热敏陶瓷材料其电学参数为:B25/50=2600K-2962K±1.5%,R25℃=0.225Ω-47Ω±2%,具有高B值、低阻值、一致性好、稳定性高、可重复的特点,适用于抑制浪涌电流和低温下温度的测量、控制、线路补偿。
