Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物硼酸铅和化合物硼酸铅非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,化合物硼酸铅及其非线性光学晶体的化学式均为Pb4O(BO3)2,晶体属正交晶系,空间群Aba2,晶胞参数为a =15.4598(16)?,b = 10.8050(11) ?,c = 9.9452(11)?,V= 1661.3(3)?3,分子量962.38,其粉末倍频效应达到KDP(KH2PO4)的3倍,透光波段 280nm至3300nm。化合物硼酸铅采用固相反应法合成;硼酸铅非线性光学晶体采用熔体法或者高温熔液法生长,该硼酸铅非线性光学晶体机械硬度适中,易于切割、抛光加工和保存,在制备倍频发生器、上频率转换器、下频率转换器或光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中得到广泛应用。
