Abstract一种化合物氟硼酸钡和氟硼酸钡非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,化合物氟硼酸钡及其非线性光学晶体化学式均为Ba3B6O11F2,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P2(1),晶胞参数为a = 6.5672(4)?,b = 8.5035(6) ?,c = 9.6637(6)?,beta = 101.351(4) deg.,V= 529.11(6)?3。分子量690.88。其粉末倍频效应达到KDP(KH2PO4)的3倍,化合物氟硼酸钡采用固相反应法合成;氟硼酸钡非线性光学晶体采用高温熔液法生长,该氟硼酸钡非线性光学晶体机械硬度大,易于切割、抛光加工和保存,在制备倍频发生器、上频率转换器、下频率转换器或光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中得到广泛应用。
