Abstract本发明涉及一种乳清营养粉及其制备方法,该营养粉是由发酵乳酪制作中产生的乳清液和鹰嘴豆为原料,结合科学的营养需求,经过独特的工艺精制而成调节人体血脂的营养粉。该营养粉富含人体易消化和吸收的纯天然蛋白质,18种氨基酸中,9种人体必需的氨基酸(含婴幼儿必需的组氨酸),占总氨基酸的比例40%;不饱和脂肪酸含量为61%;乳糖含量为5.58%;并含有丰富的VB2、VC等维生素和高含量钾、钙、镁、锌、铁等矿物质。该营养粉有利于强身健体、滋补营养、增强人体免疫力,是高血脂、高血糖患者以及儿童和中老年人必备食用的高营养、低淀粉纯天然的营养佳品。
