Abstract本发明涉及一种固相化学反应制备负温度系数热敏电阻陶瓷材料的方法,该方法以含钴、锰、镍的盐和碱为原料,采用室温固相化学反应法制备出粒径均匀,分散性较好的粉体,然后将粉体预压成型、等静压、烧结制备出负温度系数热敏电阻陶瓷材料。采用本发明所述方法获得的负温度系数热敏电阻陶瓷材料,经常规方法切片、涂电极、划片、焊接、封装,制成的NTC热敏电阻产品的阻值和B值一致性较高、互换性能较好,稳定性和重复性好,可广泛应用于家用空调、汽车空调、冰箱、冷柜、热水器、饮水机、暖风机、咖啡机,烘干机以及中低温干燥箱、恒温箱等场合的温度测量与控制。
