Abstract本发明涉及一种含铅四元系负温度系数热敏氧化物粉体合成及电阻器的制备方法,该方法以锰、钴、镍、铅的氧化物为原料,采用氧化物固相法制备粉体材料,粉体经干燥、煅烧、预压成型、烧结、涂烧电极、采用环氧树脂封装后制成负温度系数热敏电阻器,该电阻器具有高B低阻、烧结温度低、稳定性好、精度高的特点,其材料常数为B25/50=3485-4106K,B值允许偏差:±1%,R25℃=70-630Ω,阻值允许偏差:±3%,500h老化后的阻值变化率为1%-4%。
