Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物氟硼酸铅非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该晶体的化学式为Pb3B6O11F2,分子量900.43,属单斜晶系,空间群P21,晶胞参数为a = 6.414(4) ?,b = 8.310(6) ?,c = 9.470(6)?, = 90, = 101.284(8), = 90,Z= 2,V= 495.0(6)?3,其粉末倍频效应达到KDP(KH2PO¬4)的4倍,紫外截止边约为195nm。采用固相反应法合成及高温熔液法生长晶体的方法制备化合物氟硼酸铅非线性光学晶体,该晶体机械硬度较大,易于切割、抛光加工和保存,在作为制备倍频发生器、上或下频率转换器或光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中可以得到广泛应用。
