Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物一水合二苹果酸硼铷非线性光学晶体及其制备方法和用途,该化合物化学式为 Rb(BO4)(C4H4O5)2∙H2O,分子量为378.44,采用水溶法得到晶体,所得的晶体在生长中易长大且比较透明,该方法具有操作简单、生长速度快、成本低、毒性低等优点,通过该方法获得的Rb(BO4)(C4H4O5)2∙H2O非线性光学晶体具有比较宽的透光波段,硬度较大,机械性能较好,在倍频转换、光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中可以得到广泛应用。
