Abstract本发明涉及一种大尺寸氯硼酸钡非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该晶体的分子式为Ba2B5O9 Cl,采用高温溶液法,以助熔剂生长晶体,该晶体紫外截至边在230nm以下,非线性光学效应约为KDP(KH2PO4)的6倍;该晶体具有倍频效应大,机械强度大,易加工,不潮解等特点,同时制备速度快,操作简单,成本低,所制晶体尺寸大等优点,适用于制作非线性的光学器件。在倍频转换,光参量振荡器等非线性等光学器件中可以得到广泛的应用。
