Abstract本发明涉及一种孜然种子有效部位的制备方法,该方法通过回流提取和快速制备色谱技术得到具有生物活性的有效部位,该有效部位能有效抑制脂肪酸合酶活性,为维吾尔药食两用植物孜然的生物活性物质基础研究,并开发相应的产品提供了依据。该方法制备过程简单,所得有效部位抑制脂肪酸合酶活性高,热稳定性好,易于扩大规模生产,降低生产成本,是制备生物活性部位理想方法之一。通过该方法获得的有效部位作为制备食品、药品添加剂的用途。
