Abstract本发明涉及一种芹菜籽中游离抗氧化多肽的快速制备方法,该方法通过磷酸缓冲溶液提取、硫酸铵沉淀、以及阴离子交换树脂DEAE柱吸附、洗脱等步骤分离得到具有抗氧化活性的多肽,为维吾尔药食两用植物芹菜籽的生物活性物质基础研究,并开发相应的产品提供了依据。该方法提取、分离过程简单,又不易使多肽失活,制备的多肽抗氧化活性高,无毒性、热稳定性好,易于扩大规模生产,降低纯化过程成本,是制备生物活性多肽的理想方法之一。通过该方法获得的多肽作为制备食品、药品以及化妆品添加剂的用途。
