Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物硼酸锂铷非线性光学晶体,化学式为:Li6Rb5B11O22,晶体属单斜晶系,939.90,空间群为C2,晶胞参数为a=11.6252(5) ?,b= 7.1010(3) ?,c=13.7442(5) ?,Z=2,V= 1085.76(8) ?3。该化合物采用助熔剂法生长晶体,该化合物非同成份熔融化合物;该方法具有制备速度快,操作简单,成本低,所制晶体具有至少厘米级的大尺寸,透光波段宽,机械性能好,不易碎裂,物化性质稳定,易加工等优点。通过该方法获得的硼酸锂铷非线性光学晶体作为制备非线性光学器件的用途。
