Abstract本发明涉及一种硅酸钡钛晶体的制备方法,该方法是将硅酸钡钛与助熔剂LiF和H3BO3或B2O3混合体系加热,恒温,冷却得到混合溶液,再将籽晶放入混合溶液中冷却,降温制成具有1-100mm×1-100mm×1-100mm的大尺寸的晶体。通过该方法获得的晶体属四方晶系,空间群为P4bm;化学式为Ba2TiSi2O8,晶胞参数为:a = b = 8.518 ± 0.002 ?, c = 5.211 ± 0.002 ?, Z = 4,莫氏硬度为4-5。该方法具有制备速度快,操作简单,成本低,所得晶体尺寸大,机械性能好,不易碎裂,物化性质稳定,不潮解,易加工、保存等优点。
