Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物硼酸锂铯非线性光学晶体及其制备方法和用途,该化合物晶体分子式为Li3Cs2B5O10,属正交晶系,空间群C2221,晶胞参数为:a=7.2256(2) ?,b=11.6583(4) ?,c=12.7817(4) ?,Z=4,V=1076.71(6) ?3。该晶体采用化合物熔体法生长晶体,具有厘米级的大尺寸,该晶体作为制备非线性光学器件倍频发生器的用途,所述的用硼酸锂铯非线性光学晶体制作的非线性器件倍频发生器包含将透过至少一束入射基波光产生至少一束频率不同于入射光的相干光,该晶体具有制备速度快,操作简单,成本低,所制晶体尺寸大等优点。
