Abstract本发明涉及一种化合物氯硼酸钾非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该化合物的化学式为K3B6O10Cl,分子量377.61,该晶体不具有对称中心,属三方晶系,空间群R3m,晶胞参数为a =10.0624(14)?,b = 10.0624(14) ?,c = 8.8361(18)?,Z=3,V=774.8(2) ?3。其粉末倍频效应达到KDP(KH2PO¬4)的3倍左右,莫氏硬度为4-5,透光波段 165nm至3460nm。采用固相反应法合成化合物及助溶剂法生长晶体,该晶体具有操作简单,成本低,所制晶体尺寸大,生长周期短,包裹体少,机械硬度较大,易于切割、抛光加工和保存,该晶体用于对波长为1064nm激光光束产生2倍频或3倍频或4倍频或5倍频的谐波光输出。
