Abstract本发明提供了一种有机无机杂化的化合物四水合硼酒石酸锶钾非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该化合物的分子式为:KSrC4BO12H10,属于三斜晶系,P1空间群;采用水溶液法制成,该晶体非线性光学效应为KDP晶体的1.5倍,能实现相位匹配的,紫外可见透光波段从250 nm至900 nm,紫外截止边在230nm左右。本发明所述的四水合硼酒石酸锶钾非线性光学晶体可应用在激光波长变换、光参量放大、光参量振荡等非线性光学器件中。
