Abstract本发明涉及一种半导体陶瓷材料,低压压敏电阻材料及工艺,该材料主要是以氧化锌为主体,再加入适当的添加物金属氧化物,用陶瓷工艺制备而成,根据添加物的种类,烧结工艺的不同,可制得压敏电压从几伏到几千伏的压敏电阻器,该工艺简单,生产成本低,制做方便,其产品所得参数优于进口同类产品。
