Abstract

本发明涉及在石油化工生产中温段反应中应用液钠流体作热载体的改进方法,其主要是用液态金属钠作为载热流体,将浸入液钠流体的泵作为循环动力,构成一完整的反应供热体系,在循环系统中,多点多温度连续给热,回流入钠蓄槽中,流体最终温度不大于250℃,在钠系统中,在钠蓄槽中注入沸点在250-300℃的含抗氧剂的耐高温度导油,以保证气密性,正压操作避免空气中氧气和水进入钠循环系统。
