Abstract本发明涉及一种高档枸杞酒的制做方法,采用干枸杞子→去杂→清洗→提汁→压榨→取汁→加蜂蜜→加有机酸→加抗氧化剂→主发酵→后发酵→后熟→澄清过滤→装瓶→杀菌→成品工艺方法制成,其主要是以干枸杞浸汁加入蜂蜜,经纯化的单一优良菌种定向发酵。该酒口感柔和清爽、不刺激,既保持枸杞的原有药用成分,同时又在为餐桌上的佐餐佳品,它集药酒、果药二者与一身,是保健佳品。
