Abstract本发明涉及一种半导体陶瓷材料多元纳米电压敏粉体材料及其制造方法,该材料主要是以化学纯乙酸锌为主体,以三乙醇胺为溶剂,以柠檬酸为络合物,再加入有机盐、无机盐和稀土盐,用溶胶-凝胶法合成而成,根据添加有机盐、无机盐、稀土盐的种类及制造方法的不同,可制得多元电压敏粉体材料,其平均粒径从十几纳米到几十纳米不等,及满足制造不同电压范围微型压敏电阻器的压敏粉体材料。
