Abstract本发明涉及一种利用枸杞酒的残料制做枸杞乳酸发酵饮料的方法,该方法是利用制枸杞酒后的残渣料为主料,添加辅料,经单一菌种定向发酵制成口感清爽的乳酸发酵饮料,有效利用了制酒后的残渣,变废为宝综合利用,从而很大程度上改善了环境污染问题,该方法具有工艺简单,操作方便,安全可靠,适用于工业化生产。
