Abstract本发明涉及一种负温度系数薄膜热敏电阻制备的溶胶凝胶方法,首先将锰、钴、镍、铜过渡金属的醋酸盐或硝酸盐溶于溶剂中,并添加螯合剂,作为出发液。然后将此溶液放置稳定,再将清洗洁净的基板浸入溶液中提拉至空气中干燥后烘烤,重复这一过程,可以得到需要厚度的薄膜,再在较高温度下退火晶化,将烧成的薄膜材料镀电极、划片、焊引线至封装,该方法制做简单,稳定性好,可广泛地应用于快速测控温,温度补偿、表面温度测量、集成温度传感器等领域。
