Abstract本发明涉及一种苹果乳酸发酵饮料,它是利用苹果的“落地果”为原料,采用乳酸发酵的方法研制出一种苹果乳酸发酵饮料。其方法为原料加工、浸汁制备、浸汁灭菌、接种、发酵、过滤、灭菌、包装等方法制成。该饮料除具有果汁所含有丰富的营养成分外,又增加了乳酸发酵过程中产生的各种有益物质,与酸奶的口感有所不同,具有爽快怡人的风味。
