Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于催化反应器壁的含铜陶瓷涂层方法,该方法是采用基体准备、釉浆制作、涂釉、干燥、烧成等步骤完成;其中釉浆制作中的各组份为基体剂、助溶剂、密着剂、乳浊剂、氧化剂、多元密着氧化物。通过对该方法的实践已取得良好的效果,并且具有瓷层可耐650℃以下的高温;能耐300k温差的热冲击;绝好的金属密着性;近于铁的热膨胀系数和弹性模量;结成温度850℃;双层次烧结瓷层的特点。
